A Look at Waterbed Sheet Sizes

Just like conventional beds, waterbeds come in a number of sizes. One must take several factors into account when choosing what size sheet to buy. The length and width of the mattress are the two most obvious things to consider, but the depth of the mattress is another important aspect to take into consideration. Some of the most commonly found waterbed mattress sizes are King, Queen, Single, and Super Single. One thing to remember is that many waterbeds with hard frames are measured on what is called the California bed size chart. Waterbeds are usually longer than conventional beds, so the sheets are usually 84 inches long instead of the standard 74 inches for most conventional beds. Most bed sizes differ in width rather than length. This is pretty common for waterbeds, but it is important to check for differences between these sizes and conventional sizes.
